Shipping & Orders

ORDERING INFORMATION: 
  • All orders are processed and shipped from our home base in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. 
  • Large, custom, and personalized orders may require additional time to process.
  • We cannot cancel or edit orders once the order has begun to process.
  • At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
  • All orders require correct details on shipping address in order for prompt delivery.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Sales Tax will be applied to all orders. Gift (Gyftz) cards and shipping are the only things not taxed. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

  • Please note orders take 5-10 business days in order to be processed once the order has been received. Orders placed after normal business hours will be received the following business day.
  • Once your order has been processed, please allow 5-10 business days for standard ground shipping.
  • Orders do not ship nor deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
  • All orders placed on weekends, holidays, and/or during flash sales may require additional processing time.
  • Please allow for an additional 3-4 days to process all custom and personalized orders. Additional time may be required during holidays, promotions, and/or flash sales.
  • All expedited orders process the following business day and do not ship on the weekends or holidays. 2-Day or Overnight Shipping will not process and ship the same day.
  • All orders ship using FedEx or FedEx SmartPost via USPS.
