Hot Pepper Jelly
This is a seasonal small-batch collaboration with some of our farmer friends here in Richmond, VA. This hot pepper jelly is made from a gorgeous variety of organically-grown Cayenne, Aji Dolce, Anaheim, Corno di Toro, Bull Nose, Jimmy Nardello, Beaver Dam, Doe Hill, Texas Bird, Hinklehatz, and Fish peppers. We add apple cider vinegar and sugar until it's sweet, but still tart; and we thicken with vegan pectin. Spoon over cream cheese on crackers. Top grilled meats or pizza. Dip your spring rolls. Just don't run out.
